Are the timepieces on your platform authentic?
Yes, the timepieces on our platform are guaranteed to be authentic. Before taking in a pre-owned watch, we will conduct a rigorous inspection and authentication process with several layers to ensure that we offer only genuine products of value.
Can I see the timepiece I am interested in in-person before purchasing it?
You can call in to check if the model that you want is in store before making an appointment to visit us to avoid disappointment.

For pre-ordered pieces, it is not possible to see the timepiece beforehand as it is not part of our in-store inventory.

Are you able to source a specific timepiece that is outside of what you have in your collections?
Yes, we are able to try and source for a specific timepiece that you may desire.
We would require the following details to begin our source process:
- Brand of timepiece (e.g. Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Rolex)
- Specific model or Reference Number of the watch you’re looking for (e.g. PP Nautilus or Rolex Oyster Perpetual)
- Your preferred budget range
- Desired condition of the watch (e.g., brand new, gently used, mint, etc.)
- Description of dial or a photo of the exact model you are looking for (alternatively, you can also drop us the link to the model that you are looking for if it is available)
- Your contact information (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, phone number, email) for us to reach out to you
Please give us at least 1-2 working days to source for your desired model. Upon finding an exact or similar match to your requirements, our team will reach out to you to discuss about the transaction details and buying procedure.
Do I need to place a deposit in order to request for a pre-order?
We will first issue a quote to you based on your requirements for your desired pre-order timepiece.
If you are satisfied with the quote and would like us to bring in the piece, we will require a 10% non-refundable deposit that will be used to secure the piece from our suppliers.
Do note that this is an indication that you have confirmed your intention to purchase.
In the event you refuse to complete the transaction thereafter, your deposit will be forfeited as a penalty for losses incurred to us in the process of sourcing the piece.
What are the available payment and financing options that your platform offers?
We accept cash, bank transfers and credit cards with instalment options.
What are the warranty terms for your timepieces?
This would depend on the condition of the timepiece. Every timepiece will have its own Manufacturer's Warranty that varies according to the different luxury watch brands.
If your Manufacturer's Warranty does not expire in 12 months, then we will not provide any in-house warranty as the Manufacturer's Warranty is still valid.
If your watch’s Manufacturer’s Warranty expires within 12 months or has already ended, we will provide a 12 month In-house Warranty against Mechanical Defects of the Goods from the Date of Purchase.
Note: Our In-house Warranty is only for the original buyer that have purchased directly from us and is non-transferrable if you sell the watch to another party.
Questions about Selling / Trading / Consigning
Do you offer consignment services?
Yes, we do. By consigning your timepiece with us, we can help to protect your profile from ADs and seek to get a higher price from the market.
Consignment with us is free-of-charge with no minimum consignment period.

How can I get a quotation or evaluate the condition of my timepiece?
For a quotation and evaluation of your timepiece, you can take clear picture(s) of your timepiece along with its full set of accessories and official documentation and send it to us via WhatsApp at +65 9430 7437.

What affects the price of my pre-owned timepiece?
There is a wide variety of factors that can influence the prices of pre-owned branded watches.
The main determinant of the price that we offer to you would be the current market conditions in terms of demand and supply for the particular timepiece that you possess. Apart from that, the closer the watch is to its original state, the higher its resale value.
To achieve the most accurate and best price quotation, your timepiece must be in good condition, accompanied by a "complete set". A "complete set" includes the original box, all bracelet links, tags, papers or warranty card, and other accessories originally packaged with the watch.
What if I have a timepiece that I am willing to trade in for another timepiece?
We are open to facilitating trades to help you exchange your existing timepiece to another timepiece of your choice. We will assess your timepiece based on its current value and provide a quotation for you to consider.

How will I receive payment as a seller?
We will provide instant payment to you via bank transfer, PayNow or cash. We operate on a direct purchase basis with no hidden fees. Once we have accepted and authenticated your timepiece, we will immediately issue payment to you.
I wish to sell my timepiece outside of Singapore. Do you offer such services?
Yes, we offer such export services to overseas markets in order to ensure discretion and privacy for you. This will enable you to sell your watch to international markets.
We will handle every aspect of the export process from valuation to last-mile delivery, ensuring that you will have a seamless and stress-free experience with discretion guaranteed.

How much does watch repairs cost?
It largely depends on a variety of factors ranging from the model of the watch, the condition of the watch and the availability of parts for replacement. We are unable to provide an estimated range without more specific information.
